Account & Registration

Go to gamepk.biz and tap Register. Fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), date of birth, and city. On the next screen choose a username, email, and password. Confirm you are 18+ and accept the Terms, then tap Create My Account. A one-time password (OTP) is sent to your mobile — enter it to verify and your GamePK account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes on any mobile browser. No app download is needed.

Yes, creating a GamePK account is completely free. There is no registration fee and no subscription. You only spend money if you choose to make a deposit and place a bet or join a game. You can browse the full platform — check live PSL odds, view Ludo rooms, explore the casino section — without depositing a single rupee.

The minimum age is 18 years, without exception. GamePK verifies age at registration using your declared date of birth and may request a copy of your CNIC at any point if there is reason to question the age on file. Any account confirmed to belong to someone under 18 is closed immediately, with the wallet balance returned and all winnings forfeited.

No. GamePK allows one account per person, per mobile number, per CNIC, and per payment method. Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated winnings and bonuses forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support@gamepk.biz — do not register a new one.

On the GamePK login page, tap Forgot Password. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to that number. Enter the OTP, create a new password, and confirm it. Your account is accessible immediately with the new password. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, contact support@gamepk.biz directly — the support team can verify your identity and assist with an account recovery.

Mobile number and email updates on GamePK require identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings → Personal Details, and submit an update request. GamePK will send an OTP to your current registered number to confirm the change. For mobile number changes, a support agent review is required — allow 24 hours for processing and respond to any identity verification request promptly.

Deposits & Payment Methods

GamePK accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Foreign currency is not accepted. GamePK does not accept cash or cheque payments. The available methods may vary slightly depending on your account verification status and the amount being deposited.

The minimum deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash is Rs 200. Via IBFT bank transfer or card the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by GamePK by default, though your payment provider (your bank or mobile wallet) may have its own daily transaction limits. If you have set a deposit limit on your GamePK account via the responsible gaming tools, that limit takes precedence.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically arrive in your GamePK wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation in your payment app. NayaPay and SadaPay usually take 1–2 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 1–4 banking hours depending on your bank. Card payments are generally instant but may occasionally take up to 10 minutes during high-traffic periods. If a deposit does not appear within the expected window, check that the transaction was confirmed in your payment app before contacting support.

GamePK does not charge any fees on deposits from its end. The full amount you send arrives in your wallet. Some payment providers — particularly certain banks for IBFT transfers — may charge their own transaction fees, but these are set by the payment provider, not by GamePK. For Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits, there are typically no sender-side fees for standard transfer amounts.

First, confirm the transaction was successful in your Easypaisa app and note the transaction ID (usually shown as a reference number in your Easypaisa transaction history). Wait 5 minutes — occasionally there is a brief delay during peak hours. If the funds still have not arrived, contact GamePK support at support@gamepk.biz with your account username, the Easypaisa transaction ID, the amount, and the date and time of the transaction. The support team typically resolves missing deposit queries within 2 hours.

Withdrawals

Log in to your GamePK account, go to Wallet → Withdraw, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and select the payment method. GamePK sends withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit — this is a security measure to prevent fraud. Confirm the withdrawal request and wait for the funds to arrive. Standard processing time is within 24 hours. You will receive an SMS notification when the withdrawal is processed.

The minimum withdrawal from your GamePK wallet is Rs 500 regardless of the payment method. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by GamePK for routine amounts. Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require additional identity verification — you will be notified in your account if documentation is needed before the withdrawal can be processed.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals arrive within 2–4 hours of the request being submitted, provided it is during standard processing hours. IBFT bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals are not processed on Pakistani public holidays. If a withdrawal has not arrived within 48 hours of submission, contact support@gamepk.biz with your withdrawal reference number.

GamePK does not charge any withdrawal fees. The full requested amount is sent to your payment account. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply receiving fees — Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts generally do not charge for incoming transfers, but your specific bank may apply a small fee for IBFT receipts. Check with your bank if you are unsure about their receiving charges.

GamePK withdrawals may be declined for several reasons: active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements are not yet withdrawable; the withdrawal account does not match the deposit account on file; identity verification is outstanding for the withdrawal amount requested; or a responsible gaming limit is in place that prevents the transaction. Log in and check your Account Status and Wallet sections for specific messages. If the reason is not clear, contact support@gamepk.biz — the team will explain exactly what is needed to clear the withdrawal.

Cricket Betting & PSL

GamePK offers betting on all major international cricket formats — Test matches, ODIs, and T20s — as well as the PSL (Pakistan Super League), domestic tournaments, and other major T20 leagues. Available markets include match winner, toss winner, top batsman, top bowler, over totals, run ranges, method of dismissal, player performance specials, and in-play live betting across all markets. PSL coverage is the most comprehensive on the platform, with dedicated match centres running during every game of the season.

For matches abandoned before a result is possible, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your GamePK wallet. For matches that are interrupted but eventually produce a DLS result, bets on the match result are settled based on the official result. In-play bets placed after the point at which a match was interrupted are typically voided. Specific settlement rules for each market are published in the GamePK Betting Rules section of your account. When in doubt, contact support before placing a bet on a fixture with uncertain weather conditions.

GamePK offers an early cash-out option on selected markets, including live cricket and PSL betting. When cash-out is available on your bet, you will see a Cash Out button and the current offer value on your open bets screen. Cash-out values fluctuate in real time with the match situation. Accepting a cash-out settles the bet immediately at the displayed amount and the funds go directly to your GamePK wallet. Cash-out is not available on all markets or all matches — check your open bets during a game to see if the option is active.

Most match result bets on GamePK are settled within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. Player performance markets (top scorer, man of the match) may take slightly longer — typically up to 2 hours — as they depend on official scorecard confirmation. PSL bets are settled as soon as the official result is posted. Once settled, winnings are instantly credited to your GamePK wallet and available to bet with or withdraw immediately. If a bet is not settled within 4 hours of a match ending, contact support@gamepk.biz.

The minimum bet on GamePK is Rs 50 on most cricket and PSL markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — major PSL matches and international matches typically carry higher maximums than domestic or lower-profile fixtures. The maximum is displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. If you have set a personal bet size limit via GamePK's responsible gaming tools, that limit takes precedence over the platform maximum.

Ludo, Teen Patti & Casino Games

Real-money Ludo on GamePK works just like the Ludo you know from childhood, with the addition of a PKR entry fee and a prize pool shared between players. You join a room by paying the entry fee from your GamePK wallet. You are matched with up to three other players. The winner of the game receives the prize pool (entry fees minus GamePK's commission). Entry-level rooms start from Rs 20. Daily tournament rooms with larger prize pools run at scheduled times — check the Ludo section in your account for the current schedule.

Yes. Teen Patti and all other card games on GamePK use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for card dealing, and live dealer games use physical decks dealt on camera in real time. The RNG used on GamePK is independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random outcomes. GamePK does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined before they are displayed, and no information about upcoming cards is visible to any player or to GamePK staff during a hand.

A wagering requirement (sometimes called rollover) specifies how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it converts to real withdrawable funds. When a friend registers through your link and makes their first qualifying deposit, both you and your friend receive a bonus credited to your respective wallets. Bonuses on GamePK are credited automatically but may occasionally be delayed by a few minutes. Security & Responsible Gaming

Log in to your GamePK account, go to Account Settings → Limits, and set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in PKR. The limit takes effect immediately. If you want to reduce a limit, the reduction applies instantly. If you want to increase a limit, the increase takes 24 hours to come into force — this deliberate delay is a player protection feature to prevent impulsive decisions. You can also set a loss limit and a bet size limit from the same Limits section.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose a temporary exclusion period (24 hours to 12 months) or select permanent exclusion. Confirm the selection. Your account is suspended immediately — there is no cooling-off period and no pressure to reconsider. Your remaining wallet balance is returned to your last deposit method. Do not share the OTP with anyone. GamePK staff will never ask for your OTP. An unsolicited OTP means someone has your mobile number and may be attempting to access or reset your account.
