GamePK Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you — the individual registering for and using the GamePK platform — and GamePK, the operator of the website at gamepk.biz. By clicking "Register", accessing your account, or placing any bet or wager on GamePK, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account on GamePK and must not use any part of the platform. Continued use of GamePK following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. GamePK will notify registered players of material changes through the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use GamePK. The platform strictly enforces this requirement and conducts verification at registration and at any point during the account lifetime.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of GamePK is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate registrations, shared accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted on GamePK.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of GamePK, or an immediate family member of such a person, when registering for or using a player account.
• You must not be under any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through GamePK's own tools or imposed through any other mechanism — at the time of registration.
• GamePK reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

When registering on GamePK, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if it changes. GamePK may verify any information you provide at any time and may request supporting documentation.

• Each individual is permitted to hold one GamePK account only. If GamePK identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether through shared devices, shared payment methods, matching personal details, or any other means — all but the most recently created account will be closed and any balances or winnings in the closed accounts will be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GamePK account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or another person using your credentials.
• If you suspect that your GamePK account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify GamePK support immediately at support@gamepk.biz. GamePK will investigate the matter but cannot be held liable for losses occurring before notification is received.
• GamePK reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, with any balance returned to the depositing payment method, where the platform has reasonable grounds to do so including but not limited to concerns about fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, or failure to pass verification requirements.

• All deposits and withdrawals on GamePK are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage.
• Deposits are credited to your GamePK wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. Any delay in crediting not caused by GamePK should be reported to support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equal or greater value. GamePK reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
• A minimum of one complete deposit and one genuine bet must be placed before any withdrawal request will be processed. Depositing and immediately requesting a withdrawal without any gaming activity is not permitted.
• GamePK does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the name of the registered GamePK account holder. Payments from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and the GamePK account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but GamePK targets completion within 24 hours for standard requests. VIP account holders receive priority withdrawal processing. Delays caused by payment processors or bank verification requirements are outside GamePK's control.

The following rules apply to all sports and virtual sports betting placed on GamePK including cricket, PSL betting, and all other wagering products offered on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by GamePK, the odds are locked in. Market movements after confirmation do not affect the accepted odds on your confirmed bet.
• The minimum bet on any GamePK sports or PSL market is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits are displayed within each market and vary by event, market type, and account status.
• Bets placed on markets that have already been decided — whether due to a delayed connection, a system error, or any other cause — are void and stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
• For cricket and PSL matches abandoned before reaching the minimum number of overs required for an official result, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets settled on completed deliveries (e.g. powerplay runs where the powerplay concluded before abandonment) are settled on the available result.
• In-play bets placed between deliveries are accepted subject to connectivity and system processing time. GamePK cannot guarantee that all in-play bet requests will be accepted in real time during periods of high market activity.
• If an obvious pricing error occurs in a market on GamePK — for example, where a selection is priced at odds that represent a near-certain return with no risk — GamePK reserves the right to void bets placed on that market and return stakes. Players who systematically identify and exploit pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed.
• All betting decisions on GamePK are final once settled. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of settlement by contacting support@gamepk.biz with the bet reference number.

• All game outcomes on GamePK — including Ludo dice rolls, card deals in Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, slot machine results, and virtual sports simulations — are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited by a third-party testing laboratory. No player, GamePK employee, or system component can influence any game outcome.
• Ludo Games entry fees, prize structures, and platform fee percentages are displayed in the game lobby before you enter any room. By entering a paid Ludo room, you accept the stated prize structure for that room.
• If a Ludo game, Teen Patti hand, or casino session is interrupted by a technical failure on GamePK's infrastructure — not caused by the player's own device or connection — the hand or game state will be restored where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, entry fees or wagers for the affected session will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Disconnection from a Ludo game caused by the player's own internet connection is handled according to the disconnection rules applicable to that game mode, which are displayed in the game lobby. GamePK is not responsible for losses caused by the player's own connectivity.
• Players may not use external software, scripts, bots, or any automated tool to interact with GamePK's casino or games section. Using such tools constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 11 and will result in account closure.
• Teen Patti and casino game rules are published in the help section of each individual game. Where the published rules and these general terms conflict, the individual game rules take precedence for matters specific to that game.

GamePK offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season specials, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer as well as the general bonus terms below. Before accepting any bonus on GamePK, please read the stated wagering requirements carefully.

• All GamePK bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered using real-money bets before it can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per individual, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times by opening additional accounts or using different payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must meet the minimum odds threshold stated in the individual offer terms. Bets below the minimum odds do not count toward wagering requirements.
• GamePK reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has begun wagering it, the unwagged bonus amount is removed from the wallet. Any deposit made in reliance on the offer remains in the wallet as real money.
• Winnings generated by bonus funds are credited as bonus balance until the wagering requirement is met. Once the requirement is satisfied, the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money.
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings may apply and are stated in individual offer terms. Where no limit is stated, standard account withdrawal limits apply.

• GamePK's Refer a Friend programme rewards registered players who introduce new players to the platform. Current reward values and eligibility conditions are published on the Refer a Friend page and may be updated from time to time.
• A qualifying referral requires the new player to register using the referrer's unique link, make a minimum qualifying deposit as stated in the current offer terms, and complete the required wagering activity before the referral bonus is credited.
• Referral bonuses cannot be awarded for self-referrals — creating a new account and referring it from your own existing account is prohibited. GamePK actively monitors for self-referral patterns and will close all associated accounts and forfeit all bonuses where this behaviour is identified.
• Referral rewards are credited to the referring player's wallet within the timeframe stated in the current programme terms, provided the qualifying conditions have been met. If a new player's account is subsequently closed for any reason before the qualifying conditions are met, the referral bonus will not be credited.

GamePK is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gaming behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered GamePK players and can be activated from the account settings dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limits apply immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a limit take 24 hours to apply.
• Bet Size Limits: Set a maximum stake per individual bet. Useful for managing exposure during high-excitement periods such as PSL matches.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a specified period of continuous gaming activity on GamePK.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent closure of your account. All self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up messages showing your current session duration and net win/loss position. Can be set to appear at intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours.

• GamePK may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms by the account holder, the remaining balance will be returned to the depositing payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms — including but not limited to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multiple account operation, or prohibited conduct — GamePK reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any balance confirmed as arising from prohibited activity will be forfeited.
• Account closure requests initiated by the player — other than self-exclusion requests — are processed within 5 business days. The remaining wallet balance is returned to the depositing payment method after identity verification.
• GamePK may temporarily suspend an account while an investigation is in progress. During a suspension, the player may not access the platform, place bets, or process withdrawals. GamePK will notify the player of a suspension by email or SMS and will provide an estimated investigation timeline where possible.

• Registering more than one account on GamePK, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Using a GamePK account to launder money or to process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Exploiting pricing errors, system glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in GamePK's platform to place bets or play games at incorrect odds or with an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with GamePK in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players in real-money games — including sharing card information, coordinating betting positions, or using private communication channels to gain an unfair advantage over other GamePK players.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other stage of the account relationship.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through a payment dispute (chargeback) other than where a genuine error has occurred. Fraudulent chargebacks result in immediate account closure and recovery action.
• Using GamePK in any way that violates applicable law or that causes harm to other players, to GamePK, or to third parties.

All content on GamePK — including but not limited to the website design, branding, logos, game interfaces, odds data, written content, software, and database structures — is the intellectual property of GamePK or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for the personal purposes of online gaming and betting as described in these terms.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any GamePK content without express written permission from GamePK.
• The GamePK brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of GamePK. They may not be used in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to GamePK regarding the platform may be used by GamePK without obligation to compensate you.

GamePK provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While GamePK makes every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, the platform may experience downtime, technical issues, or maintenance periods that temporarily affect availability.

• GamePK is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or any other cause outside GamePK's reasonable control.
• GamePK is not responsible for losses arising from the player's own internet connection, device performance, or local network conditions during betting or gaming sessions.
• Where a manifest error in pricing or odds is identified, GamePK's maximum liability is limited to the return of the player's original stake. No claim for additional compensation will be entertained in these circumstances.
• GamePK does not guarantee that specific odds, markets, or game formats will remain available. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

GamePK collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy as published at gamepk.biz/privacy-policy.

• Personal data collected by GamePK — including name, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity — is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support.
• GamePK does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and GamePK is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data GamePK holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. Such requests should be submitted to support@gamepk.biz.

GamePK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that meaningfully affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by legal or regulatory necessity.

• Continued use of GamePK following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Your balance will be returned to the depositing payment method upon account closure.
• The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at gamepk.biz/terms-conditions. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect.
